{"id":3426,"date":"2025-11-17T07:46:55","date_gmt":"2025-11-17T07:46:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cfdt-rhon-telecom.fr\/?p=3426"},"modified":"2025-11-27T12:37:51","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T12:37:51","slug":"pouvoir-dachat-revendications-nationales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cfdt-rhon-telecom.fr\/index.php\/2025\/11\/17\/pouvoir-dachat-revendications-nationales\/","title":{"rendered":"Pouvoir d\u2019achat : la CFDT porte des revendications nationales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Contexte:<br \/>\nFace \u00e0 la hausse durable des prix et aux tensions de recrutement, la CFDT porte des revendications nationales pour am\u00e9liorer concr\u00e8tement le pouvoir d\u2019achat des salari\u00e9\u00b7es, dans les entreprises comme dans les branches.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce que nous demandons au niveau national<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ouverture et <strong>conclusion effective des NAO<\/strong> dans toutes les entreprises concern\u00e9es, avec un calendrier clair.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Revalorisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/strong> et mesures cibl\u00e9es pour les bas salaires et les m\u00e9tiers en tension.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aucun minima inf\u00e9rieur au SMIC<\/strong> et remise \u00e0 niveau des grilles de classification.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transparence<\/strong> des grilles, des crit\u00e8res d\u2019avancement et des dispositifs de primes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clause de revoyure<\/strong> \u00e0 6 mois pour v\u00e9rifier l\u2019effet r\u00e9el des mesures sur le pouvoir d\u2019achat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode et calendrier<\/strong><br \/>\nLa CFDT demande un dialogue social outill\u00e9 : partage des donn\u00e9es (masse salariale, r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations effectives, primes, part variable), \u00e9changes sur les classifications et publication d\u2019un relev\u00e9 d\u2019engagements.
